11 day in Northern Thai...i like Doi Pa Tang and Phu Chi Faa...i claim..like super hell but view so nice...nice...happy after see all beautiful sunrise :)

Highlights of Phu Chi Fa: To view the beautiful sunrise at Phu Chi Fa the trip will begin about 5am. Tourist will be moved from their accommodations up to Phu Chi Fa. They have to walk about 1km and stop at the view point to admire the picturesque wonderful sunrise while the sea of fog is below. Late in the morning, the view of the Mae Khong River will be clearly seen among the rush green jungles of Laos.

The atmostphere at the daylight and evening is also marvelous. If you come here between December and January, the view along the way up to Phu Chi Fa (from Ton Nam Lao Ranger Unit) is great while passing the Sakura Forest or the pink Phaya Sua Khlong Trees.

Doi Pha Tang: It is about 24 km from Phu Chi Fa, Ban Pha Tang in Wien Kean. You can visit this place in the afternoon after seeing the sea of mist at Phu Chi Fa. Here's the good viewpoint to see panaromic view of the Mae Khong River which flows as the boundary between thailand and Laos and the fantastic scenery of the green forests.

At the road up to Pha Tang, you will find the huge stone hole where people can get through called "Pha Bong". Here is also the viewpoint to admire the scenery below and there is the gorge at the hillside of Doi Pha Tang.

In winter the hillside will be very beautiful with the bloomming Sakura.
Phu Chi Fa can be visited all the year especially in the winter time.
